William Köster is an experienced User Researcher at New10 since November 2018, focusing on providing insights from users to support informed decision-making. With an entrepreneurial mindset, William takes ownership of research initiatives within the company. Prior to this role, William served as Project Manager at Noon Adam from January 2015 to December 2018, successfully overseeing various events and projects. As the Owner and Founder of New Dutch School from March 2010 to December 2018, William fostered a collective dedicated to electronic music and digital art. William also co-owned Sequence Zero, promoting collaboration among young professionals from April 2012 to September 2015, and was the Managing Director at Jack the Tripper, enhancing travel experiences at music festivals between April 2009 and August 2016. Additionally, William worked as Tour Manager for DJ Speedy J from January 2011 to September 2013, ensuring technical and hospitality support during shows across Europe. William is currently pursuing education at DesignThinkers Academy, which began in January 2022.
