Emma Suckling

Emma Suckling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, mentoring, and business development across diverse sectors. Currently serving as the Mentoring Relationship Adviser Team Lead at Newable, Suckling focuses on the Government-backed Help to Grow: Management programme, which enhances the performance of small- and medium-sized enterprises. Previous roles include Centre Director for Ardmore Language Schools at the University of Cambridge, Director and Owner of Base Gym, and Co-Founder and CEO of KIDz IMPACT. Suckling's background in academic research includes positions at the University of Reading, London School of Economics, and The Met Office, with a strong emphasis on climate science, data analysis, and building partnerships.
