Vanessa Sharp is an accomplished independent director with extensive experience in governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across various sectors. Currently serving as the Independent Director and Chair of the Conduct Committee at ICE Futures Europe since 2016, Vanessa also holds multiple leadership roles including Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Newable, Non-Executive Director and Board Chair at Hill Robinson Group Limited, and Council Member at the British Hallmarking Council. In addition, Vanessa provides strategic legal risk and governance advice as a Senior Advisor to the Food and Drink Federation and has been a trustee of Create Charity, emphasizing wellbeing through creative arts.
