Executive Vice President Of People Success at Newcap, Inc.

Erin Evosevich has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different organizations. Erin has worked at Newcap, Inc. since 2009, where they held positions such as Assistant Housing Director/Case Manager, Deputy Director of Housing, Housing Director, Vice President of Housing, and currently serves as the Executive Vice President of People Success. In these roles, they have been responsible for overseeing housing department functions, maintaining knowledge of housing regulations, ensuring staff adherence to program requirements, and assisting low-income individuals/families with housing stability.

Additionally, Erin served as an HMIS Advisory Board Member-Chair at HMIS Advisory Board from 2017, providing guidance for the implementation and improvement of Wisconsin's Homeless Management Information System. Prior to this, they worked at UPCAP as an Options Counselor, educating consumers about long-term care options and identifying community resources available to them. Erin also spent time at Trinity Services Inc. as an Assessment Coordinator/Mental Health Professional, where they developed individual treatment plans for clients with dual diagnoses.

Erin Evosevich received their Associate's degree from Bay de Noc Community College in 2004. Erin then pursued further education at Northern Michigan University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Sociology in 2006.

In addition to their academic achievements, Erin has obtained several certifications. Erin earned the CCAP (Certified Community Action Professional) certification from the Community Action Partnership in July 2020. Erin also holds the CCAP certification from the National Community Action Partnership, obtained in May 2023. Furthermore, Erin is a certified HQS (Housing Quality Standards) Inspector, certified by Nan McKay and Associates (NMA). Erin is also a licensed Notary Public in the State of WI.
