Simon Healey currently serves as the GM of Pathways, having previously held the role of Pathways Manager at Newcastle Knights from 2023 to 2025. They have extensive experience in player recruitment and camp direction at Pacific Sports Management from 2017 to 2023. Prior to this, Simon was the Coaching & Development Manager for the Manly Sea Eagles from 2011 to 2015, and worked as the NSW State Sales Manager at BLK Sport between 2015 and 2017. Their career also includes a tenure as Director at Supplement & Nutrition Distributors from 2002 to 2011. Simon completed their education at Cromer High from 1990 to 1995.
