Alexandre Villedieu

Alexandre Villedieu serves as the Mechanical Equipment Design Head of Unit and Reactor Assembly Integration Manager at newcleo since November 2022, focusing on architecting fast neutron reactors using lead as a coolant in France. Previously, Alexandre was the Mechanical and Mechatronics Design Deputy Head of Unit at Framatome from January 2018 to November 2022, overseeing advanced reactor coordination and the ASTRID project. Alexandre's experience includes technical leadership roles at AREVA NP and TN International S.A., where responsibilities encompassed primary circuit management, multidisciplinary study leadership, safety documentation, and international collaboration. Alexandre holds an engineering degree from ENSTA and a Master 2 in fluid mechanics and energy from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
