Prior to this role, Gianluca held the position of Director of International Business Development and M&A at Han's Laser Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd from June 2013 to March 2023, overseeing international M&A activities. Previous to that, Gianluca was a Director at DRP Capital, focusing on the execution and origination of M&A transactions in the Consumer, Industrial/HighTech, and Energy sectors. Gianluca's earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Director at HSBC, where numerous high-profile projects were executed, and as a Senior Associate at Lehman Brothers, with a focus on power and utilities. Gianluca began a career in corporate finance at PwC, where involvement included conducting valuations and due diligence for various sectors. An academic background includes a degree in Economics from Luiss Guido Carli University, graduated with honors.
