Michele Tranquillin

Michele Tranquillin is a PLM Product Owner at newcleo since June 2025, focusing on the strategic development of PLM and requirements management solutions. Prior to this role, Michele served as a CAD Solution Specialist at Electrolux Group and held various positions at Northvolt, including Team Lead for Continuous Improvement, where key contributions included developing Product Lifecycle Management processes and overseeing change management systems. With significant experience as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at both Northvolt and ALTEN Sweden, Michele has a strong background in product engineering across multiple industries. Earlier roles include responsibilities at Wärtsilä and Sipa S.p.A., where Michele managed design projects and collaborated with various departments. Michele's education includes a diploma in industrial mechanics from Istituto Tecnico Industriale Statale “Luigi Negrelli.”
