Sofia Kallio

Sofia Kallio is currently a Tietosuojavastaava (DPO) for both Rikosseuraamuslaitos and the City of Helsinki. They previously held the position of Tietosuoja-asiantuntija at Opsec Oy and completed a trainee role in case handling at the European Ombudsman, where they addressed complaints from EU citizens and conducted legal research. Sofia also gained legal experience at Avaus as a legal trainee, managing contracts and participating in GDPR compliance projects. They hold a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Helsinki, having studied there from 2013 to 2020.
