Maurice Westerink

Maurice Westerink is an experienced Quality Manager currently serving as the QESH Manager for NewCold in the Netherlands. With a Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry from HZ University, Maurice has a strong background in quality management and continuous improvement, demonstrated through roles in organizations such as Lamb Weston EMEA and Bostik. Maurice has effectively led multidisciplinary teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of quality and safety across various industrial environments. Maurice has also held leadership positions in the Works Council at Amcor, where they advocated for employee voices and business needs in complex settings.
