Raphael Kurun

Raphael Kurun is a Commercial Strategy Analyst in Retail at NewCold, starting in March 2023, where responsibilities include identifying and analyzing retail market opportunities and formulating strategies to capture them. Previously, Raphael executed a thesis as an intern in the Transformation Department at NewCold, focusing on employee needs to enhance change acceptance. Additional roles include assisting in business development and market research during two internships with NewCold and serving as Founder of Corvus Consultancy Group. Raphael has represented the Rotterdam Business School as an international case competitor and held leadership positions such as President of the Progressive Student Union and Chair of the Central University Council at Hogeschool Rotterdam. Educational achievements include a Pre-Master in Management at Erasmus University and a degree in International Business Management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
