Daniel Andrlik

Daniel Andrlik has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Daniel is currently the Senior Vice President of Product at NewCompliance since November 2022. Before that, Daniel co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Member at 5d20 Media, LLC since April 2020. In this role, they provided executive oversight, managed production processes, conducted audio editing, and acted as the General Manager for the flagship podcast, Explorers Wanted.

Prior to that, Daniel worked at Ecolane, where they held multiple positions. From July 2016 to November 2020, they were the Vice President of Product, responsible for the long-term strategic vision, strategy development, and execution of Ecolane's products and services. Daniel also identified and grew partnerships to explore new product opportunities. Prior to this role, Daniel served as the Vice President of Business Development at Ecolane from March 2014 to July 2016, where they developed and managed strategic initiatives and directed sales operations in the eastern United States.

Daniel also worked as the Director of Support Services from September 2012 to February 2014 at Ecolane, where they designed and managed processes to ensure outstanding customer service, oversaw the support department, and provided leadership on technical issues. Additionally, they served as a Project Manager from July 2008 to September 2012, managing Ecolane DRT and MDT implementations and assisting in the development of the Ecolane DRT product.

Prior to their time at Ecolane, Daniel worked at the City of Madison - Metro as an Operations Supervisor/Developer from March 2005 to July 2008. Daniel supervised and scheduled employees and was the primary developer/maintainer for in-house scheduling software.

Daniel also worked at the University of Iowa - Cambus, where they held various roles. From July 2002 to March 2005, they were the Training and Safety Supervisor/Developer, responsible for developing and managing training and safety programs for all employees. Daniel also conducted employee reviews and directly supervised Training Assistants/Supervisors. Before this, Daniel served as a Training Assistant from May 2001 to July 2002, training and evaluating employees in driving performance and serving as a front-line supervisor focusing on safety and general protocol issues.
