Carl Marson has over two decades of experience in automation and process improvement within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Lead Automation Engineer at NewDay since December 2017, Carl has previously held roles as Senior Robotic Process Automation Developer and Robotic Process Automation Developer. Prior to NewDay, valuable experience was gained at Leeds Building Society from 1998 to December 2017, where responsibilities included Operational Change Analyst and Systems Support Co-Ordinator, in addition to various customer service and administration roles. Carl holds an Advanced GNVQ in Media, Production and Communication from Airedale & Wharfedale College and possesses 8 GCSEs from Abbey Grange C of E High School, including English, Maths, and Economics.
