Rob Holt

Rob Holt is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer for the lending arm of NewDay, responsible for growth and performance across credit card, embedded finance, and personal loan products. Previously, Rob held various leadership roles at NewDay, including Chief Credit and Collections Officer and Commercial Director of Own Brands, focusing on credit performance and strategy. Prior experience includes significant positions at Santander Cards UK, such as Director of Distribution Channels and Marketing Analytics, and Head of Risk and Acquisition Risk. Rob began a career in financial services at HBOS Cards Services and Capital One, along with foundational roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Actuarial Consultant. An alumnus of the University of Warwick, Rob holds a First Class BSc (Hons) Degree in MORSE, complemented by a robust academic background in mathematics and economics from Blue Coat School in Oldham.
