Joel Brown

Joel Brown is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in managed services and network support. Currently serving as a Managed Services Engineer at New Era Technology since February 2017, Joel has previously worked as a Network Support Technician at Network Access Products and as an I.T. Support Analyst at Thor Construction, where responsibilities included desktop and server support and maintenance. Prior to these roles, Joel accumulated experience as a Maintenance Technician at Carlson Building Maintenance. Joel holds an Associate in Applied Science degree in Information Technology from the Minnesota School of Business, earned between 2012 and 2014.
