Jonathan Milliken is a Regional Delivery Manager at New Era Technology since March 2021, handling IT tickets for JP Morgan Chase. Additionally, Jonathan works as a Shift Lead and Customer Service Specialist at Best Buy since June 2021, providing top-notch customer service and managing holiday staffing. Prior to that, Jonathan was a Night Auditor at Sonesta Hotels from November 2020 to April 2021. Jonathan graduated from Duke Divinity School in May 2021 with a Master of Theological Studies in Old Testament.
