Juan Tarafa possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications and IT sectors. At Orange Dominicana, from December 2011 to July 2014, Juan held the position of VAS O&M Engineer, responsible for operation and maintenance support of various VAS solutions including SMSC, Ring Back Tone, and Voicemail.
