Michael Jedynak

Michael Jedynak is a seasoned Network and VOIP Engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications field. Currently employed at New Era Technology since June 2022, Michael previously served as a Network Engineer at Global Convergence, Inc. since December 2011, managing trouble tickets related to WiFi, VOIP, Route Switch, and SDWAN while assisting clients with technical issues. Prior roles include Tier 2 VOIP Engineer at a Cisco Gold Partner, focusing on a major client's needs, and Distributed Computer Specialist at Pinellas County Health Department, providing help desk support for a large user base. Michael's career began as a Network Technician at Orange, where network troubleshooting and desktop support formed the foundation of technical expertise.
