Michael Mappes

Michael Mappes currently serves as the Solution Director for Strategic Data Management at New Era Technology, having previously worked as a Senior Strategic Data Management Consultant at Fusion Alliance. Mappes has extensive experience in data management, having held significant roles at Planet Fitness Headquarters, where responsibilities included leading cloud migration for the data warehouse and providing architectural oversight on the Enterprise Data Warehouse. Additional positions include Principal EDW/BI Architect roles at Extreme Networks and American Tower, along with multiple earlier roles in data architecture and engineering. Mappes’s academic background includes a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management from Harvard Extension School and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stonehill College.
