Mike Vargas is an ITSM Implementation Engineer at New Era Technology since September 2025, where responsibilities include designing and customizing IT Service Management solutions. Previously, Mike served as a Sr Infrastructure Systems Engineer at Favorite Healthcare Staffing, focusing on system design to enhance infrastructure ROI and competitiveness. Prior experience includes system engineering roles at The University of Kansas Health System and Olathe Health, involving Windows administration, Citrix support, and data center operations management. Mike's technical expertise also encompasses VDI platform maintenance from a position at Honeywell. Mike holds a BS in Journalism from The University of Kansas and completed Centriq's IT Career Program.
