Scott McManus

Scott McManus serves as the Director of Operations at New Era Technology since February 2022, following the acquisition of Comm-Works, where McManus held various roles including Operations Manager, Program Manager, and Project Manager from July 2015 to February 2022. Prior to this, McManus worked as a Project Manager at Advocare, LLC and managed multiple projects for CVS and NAVTEQ at Comm-Works from February 2008 to October 2014. McManus began the career as an Account Specialist at Product Action International, overseeing quality issues for DaimlerChrysler accounts, and has also held positions in customer support and account coordination. McManus earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Information, and Media from Ball State University between 1996 and 2000.
