Eric Carter is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in IT leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice-President of the eXtensible Operations Center and Chief Technology Officer at New Era Technology, Eric previously held strategic roles at NorthMarq as Managing Director and SVP of IT & Security, where responsibilities included overseeing IT operations for five business lines and implementing key security management systems. Eric's career includes significant positions at Keller Williams, Welsh Companies, Evolution1, Target, Accenture, Best Buy, UnitedHealth Group, and American Express Financial Advisors, showcasing expertise in IT infrastructure, project management, business continuity, and team leadership. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Minnesota Morris.
