Erin O'Rourke

Erin O'Rourke has over 20 years of work experience in event management and coordination. Erin is currently serving as the Festival Project Manager at Newfields since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the 16 Tech Innovation District as the AMP Events and Catering Manager from June 2021 to July 2022. From 2015 to 2021, Erin held the position of Events Director at Sun King Brewery & Spirits, where they oversaw signature events, managed event services and operations, and handled private event rentals at four locations. Before that, they worked as the Artsgarden Coordinator at the Arts Council of Indianapolis from 2011 to 2015, and as the Outreach Programs Manager at the Indianapolis Children's Choir from 2007 to 2011. Erin also has experience as a Program Manager at the Cultural Development Commission in 2006, an Intern/Administrative Assistant at the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir from 2004 to 2006, and as an Intern at the Indianapolis Art Center in 2005.
