Patrick Schmid

Patrick Schmid is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as Consulting CTO at Newfire Global Partners, following a tenure as Chief Technology Officer at Integrity Lab where significant enhancements in team structure and processes led to an acquisition. Previously, as CTO at Sharpen.com, Patrick successfully launched multiple ed-tech products, emphasizing customer engagement and data-driven project management. At Activate Care, Patrick directed the technical strategy of a healthcare SaaS company, ensuring compliance and delivering critical products within tight timelines. With extensive experience spanning roles in engineering leadership and academic research, including a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School, Patrick holds a PhD and MS in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a BS in Computer Science and International Relations from Tufts University.
