From 2012 to 2015, Toby held the position of Account Manager - Yum!, where they were responsible for managing the relationship with Yum! and its franchisee partners worldwide. Toby then became the Global Account Manager, overseeing Fonterra's engagement with McDonald's from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, Toby led Fonterra's Columbia River Technologies Joint Venture as General Manager, from 2018 to 2021. Toby most recently became the Chief Executive Officer of NewFish in February 2023.
