Aledia Combs is a dedicated and influential coach and mentor specializing in Lean initiatives. With past experience as a Purchasing Agent at U.S. Castings Foundry Division of U.S. Pipe and as Purchasing Manager at Thibado Mechanical, Aledia has developed strong procurement skills. Currently, Aledia serves as a Lean Facilitator at New Flyer, where they lead manufacturing initiatives and provide support for OpEx and Continuous Improvement projects.
