Barry Goodwill

Barry Goodwill is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and employee services. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager and previously as a People Services Specialist at New Flyer since March 2021, Barry engages in various HR functions including recruiting, union negotiations, and management of HRIS. Prior to this role, Barry worked at Arctic Glacier Premium Ice as a Recruiter and Junior Recruiter from November 2018 to March 2021. Barry holds a degree in Human Resource Management, with a focus on Recruitment, from RRC Polytech, earned in May 2020.
