Amit brings more than 20 years of experience running large customer service operations and driving customer success. He joined Newfold Digital (previously Endurance) in 2017 and ran its customer service, sales and fulfillment operations, driving significant enhancements in customer experience and operating efficiencies. Prior to joining Newfold Digital, Amit spent ~12 years with Convergys (acquired by Concentrix/NYSE:SNX) in different leadership positions running large customer service teams for several Fortune 100 clients. Prior to Convergys, Amit worked for Genpact, a leading business outsourcing firm as Vice President. He began his customer success journey with Minacs / Transworks (later acquired by Concentrix) in 2001. Prior to entering the customer service space, he worked as Executive Assistant to Mr. Sajjan Jindal (Managing Director of JSW Group, a $ 13 billion conglomerate) for seven years. Amit has an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
