Peter Solar has extensive experience in the real estate sector, having served as Managing Director at Trammell Crow Residential and Alliance Residential Company from 2000 to 2010 and 2015 to 2021, respectively. Solar also held the role of Vice President at LCOR, Inc. and Equity Residential between 2010 and 2015. Currently, Peter is the Chief Executive Officer of Sonrisa Real Estate Development and Executive Vice President at NewFons, Inc., a family office focused on multifamily real estate. Additionally, they serve as a member of the Board of Directors for the Town of Ross Property Owners Association. Peter received a BA in International Relations from the University of Southern California and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from The George Washington University.
