The NewGen Work Integrated Learning Programme is a pioneering initiative by Spiral8Studio and Tshwane University of Technology, designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world application. We empower final-year Multimedia and Programming students to become industry-ready professionals by embedding them in real SMME digital transformation projects. By partnering with township-based businesses, we deliver dual impact: meaningful skills development and inclusive economic growth.

Mission: Build a sustainable ecosystem where emerging talent tackles real business challenges, creating measurable value for students and township SMMEs.
Vision: To be South Africa’s leading work-integrated learning platform, driving digital inclusion, skills development, and township business empowerment.
