FJ Cava is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business, international development, and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Schools for Partnership Launch at NewGlobe, FJ oversees the performance management of schools within the program. Previously, FJ held key roles including Chief Operations Officer at TECHAiDE Gh, where they managed significant funding to deploy educational technology initiatives across Ghana and The Gambia, and Senior Project Manager at Inveneo, delivering impactful technology solutions in developing regions. FJ has a strong educational background, including an MBA in Entrepreneurship from San Francisco State University and a Project Management certificate from UC Berkeley.
