Pranab Das

Pranab Das is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in diverse roles across leading organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at NewGlobe since October 2022, Pranab previously held multiple positions at TATA Advanced Systems Limited, including Talent Management & Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner, where Pranab led HR initiatives for Tata Sikorsky Aerospace Ltd. From May 2011 to January 2018, Pranab contributed to Larsen & Toubro Limited as an Assistant Manager focusing on Employee Relations, overseeing compliance, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement activities. Pranab's career began with a summer traineeship in HR Management at Gujarat State Petronets Ltd. Pranab holds a PGDM in HR, Systems, and Operations from Xavier Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering.
