Sandeep Kumar

Sandeep Kumar is an experienced professional in the field of education and instructional design, currently serving as the Director of L&D for Partnership Launch at NewGlobe since March 2023. In this role, Sandeep conducts research and field studies across Asia and Africa, oversees the hiring and onboarding of L&D and schools team members, and leads induction training while ensuring quality assurance. Prior to NewGlobe, Sandeep held positions at Bridge as Manager of Academics and at Lido as Senior Curriculum Designer, where responsibilities included market research, academic program execution, and managing curriculum design teams. Sandeep's background includes significant contributions to instructional design at Bridge International Academies, where Sandeep supervised design teams and developed educational content for schools. Sandeep began professional endeavors as a Fellow at Teach for India, achieving notable student growth. Sandeep holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from West Bengal University of Technology.
