Bea Bouras

Bea Bouras, EMHRM, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at NEWITY, where the organization aids small businesses in accessing necessary capital and has facilitated over $11 billion in SBA loans and tax credits since its inception in 2020. In addition, Bea operates as a Human Resources Business Partner at SG Cap Trading, a firm specializing in automated trading technology, while also having previously co-owned Vocca Reposteria, where innovative pastry solutions were crafted for clients. Earlier career roles include serving as an HR Generalist and Executive Compensation Analyst at Morgan Stanley, along with internships at Morgan Stanley and Integra LifeSciences. Bea holds two degrees from Cornell University: a Master of Professional Studies in Executive Human Resource Management and a degree in Labor and Industrial Relations with a focus on International Relations and Business.
