Newkirk LLC is a Puerto Rico based export-driven management and advisory firm serving industrial, environmental, and service-based businesses. From industrial coating manufacturers to specialty contractors and building owners, we provide the unglamorous but critical management layer that keeps complex work on track: operations support, project controls, vendor coordination, financial oversight, documentation, and risk management.

Based in Dorado, Puerto Rico, we export management and consulting services to clients operating in New York City, New Jersey, and across the mainland U.S. Our background is rooted in real job sites industrial flooring systems, vapor intrusion barriers, environmental remediation, and infrastructure projects so our recommendations are grounded in field reality, not theory. We understand what it takes to move a project from design and submittals to installation, closeout, and long-term performance.

Newkirk builds systems for operators who are tired of running everything from the hip. We act as the central management layer tying together field crews, vendors, manufacturers, engineers, owners, and capital partners so that projects finish on time, on budget, and with fewer surprises.

For select clients, we also provide executive-level advisory support, including strategic planning, market positioning in industrial and environmental niches, and help translating technical operations into language that lenders, insurers, and stakeholders can trust. If you run an industrial, environmental, or specialty service business and need more structure, better controls, and a credible partner who understands both the field and the boardroom, Newkirk exists to be that missing management layer.
