Meliani M. is a serial entrepreneur and the Founder & Commissioner of Newlab+ Group, where they successfully built a health and beauty brand from its inception in a garage to selling millions of products annually. They have partnered with international formulators to create high-quality, science-backed products while leading a dedicated team through rapid growth. Prior to this, Meliani M. held a role as a Procurement Executive at Philip Morris International, where they generated significant cost savings. They began their career as a Graduate Trainee in the Asia Supply Chain, ranking in the top 20 out of over 12,000 applicants. Meliani M. earned a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from BINUS University.
