Derek Henley

Derek Henley is currently serving as the Vice President Operations at Newline Interactive – Americas since January 2022. Prior to this role, Derek was the Business Unit Manager at Parker Hannifin from May 2019 to January 2022, where Derek led the Fluid Control Business Unit with full P&L responsibility. During their time at Bray International, Inc. from February 2010 to June 2019, Derek held various positions including Operations Manager - Bray USA and Operations Manager - Ball Valve Division, overseeing multiple departments and employees. With a background in Industrial Engineering and Mathematics, Derek also worked as an Operations Analyst at Hugh L. Landrum & Associates from January 2006 to February 2010.
