Generys Bello

Generys Bello currently serves as a People Coordinator at Newlink® since January 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Intern at Banco Sabadell, Miami Branch from June to December 2023, and as a Trainer/Coach and Logistics Coordinator at Casimiro Global Foundation in July 2022, focusing on empowering young girls in education and entrepreneurship. Additionally, from August 2019 to June 2022, Generys held a similar position at BIZNOVATOR, leading programs for entrepreneurs and young leaders. In early 2020, Generys was an Assistant to the Financial Director at Cala Enterprises Corporation, where responsibilities included organizing accounting processes and supporting research for business development. Generys holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communication with a focus on Global Strategic Communications from Florida International University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra.
