Joseph Shoemaker

Joseph Shoemaker has over 25 years of experience in finance and administration, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer, VP of Administration, and Controller at Newmar since November 2006. Prior to Newmar, Joseph held the position of Controller and Treasurer at Kuert Concrete Inc from May 2002 to November 2006 and worked as a Manager at Crowe Horwath LLP between September 1997 and May 2002. Educationally, Joseph completed the Winnebago Industries' Leader Acceleration Program (LEAP) at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management in 2022, earned a Certificate in Executive Management at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business in 2006, and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Goshen College in 1997.
