Lance Sonka has extensive experience in the real estate and sales industry, currently serving in new home sales at Newmark Homes since August 2011, focusing on various developments in Texas. As the founder of Housing Market from December 2016 to January 2024, Lance created real estate news and media content. Previous roles include Managing Director at Home Guide, where lead generation for home builders was emphasized, and New Home Sales positions at McGuyer Homebuilders and Beazer Homes, among others. Lance's career began in operations management at 24 Hour Fitness and kitchen management at Outback Steakhouse. Education was completed at the Real Estate School of Texas.
