Adam Berry

Adam Berry is currently the Vice Chairman at Newmark, a position they have held since 2025. They were previously a Principal while self-employed from 2023 to 2025. Prior to that, Adam served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Essex Property Trust from 2012 to 2019 and held the role of First Vice President of Acquisitions at the same company from 2003 to 2012. Adam began their career as an Associate Attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati from 2001 to 2003. They earned a JD from the University of Southern California Law School after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UC San Diego.
