Adam Petrillo

Adam Petrillo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the industrial real estate sector. Currently serving as Executive Managing Director for both the Industrial Advisory Group and Industrial Services at Newmark since August 2020, Adam has previously held prominent roles at Savills North America, where leadership included Head of Industrial Services Group and Senior Managing Director. Prior to that, Adam was Corporate Managing Director at Establish Inc., focusing on supply chain and logistics strategies for global clients. Early career positions included Director of Marketing/Senior Management Consultant at Establish Inc. and Process Control Engineer at Passaic Valley Sewerage Commissioners. Adam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and graduated from St. Peter's Prep.
