Alan Chan

Alan Chan, CCIM, currently serves as Associate Director at Newmark in Vancouver, focusing on industrial properties and providing advisory services to occupiers, tenants, and landlords. Previous experience includes commercial real estate advisory at RE/MAX Crest | Masters, where Alan specialized in industrial and office transactions, and roles at InfoSpec Systems Inc. as Director of Corporate Development and Business Analyst, contributing to POS solutions for the hospitality sector. Additionally, Alan co-founded SwypePOS, a technology platform for food ordering and payment solutions. Earlier career experiences include roles in education and research at The University of British Columbia, as well as an internship at HSBC.
