Amy Binstein

Amy Binstein currently serves as the Head of Midwest Research at Newmark, a position held since March 2017, where responsibilities include tracking, analyzing, and reporting on various real estate markets in Chicago while supporting over 75 brokers. Previously, Amy was the Director of Research and Corporate Communication at Bradford Allen Realty Services, overseeing research policies and conducting market analysis. Additional experience includes working as a Research Analyst at JLL, where support was provided to suburban tenant representatives and other teams. Amy began their career with internships at Greater North Michigan Avenue and Grubb & Ellis, complemented by academic qualifications including a Master's in Urban Planning and Policy Development from the University of Illinois Chicago and an undergraduate degree in Geography from Carthage College.
