Andrew Pierce

Andrew Pierce has extensive experience in the debt and structured finance sector, currently serving as Vice President at Newmark since March 2015. Prior positions at Newmark include Assistant Vice President, Associate, Senior Analyst, and Analyst within the same field. Prior to Newmark, Andrew held roles at Berkeley Point Capital LLC as an Analyst in both Underwriting and Production, focusing on pipeline management and underwriting processes for multifamily loans. Andrew began the career journey with an internship at Morgan Stanley in the wealth management group, where responsibilities included client research and event coordination. Andrew also gained early exposure to the financial services industry through a job shadowing experience with Principal Financial Group. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University, completed in 2014.
