Anthony Santoro

Anthony Santoro is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the commercial appraisal sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Newmark since July 2017, Anthony specializes in preparing market value appraisals and comprehensive appraisal reports for commercial properties, overseeing the appraisal process from initiation to completion. Previous roles at Newmark included Vice President and Senior Appraiser, where responsibilities involved detailed appraisal analysis and collaboration with senior leadership. Prior to Newmark, Anthony worked at CBRE as a Valuation Associate, supporting senior appraisers with market research and report preparation. Anthony's career began at Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation as an Associate Accountant, managing royalty revenue distribution and addressing inquiries related to royalty accounts. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of the Ozarks, earned in 2012.
