Ben Richardson

Ben Richardson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Executive Managing Director at Newmark since February 2017 and previously as Senior Managing Director, Richardson co-founded TOR Electric in January 2021. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Newmark Grubb ACRES from September 2017 to March 2022 and Senior Vice President of Development at CBC Advisors between September 2011 and September 2017. Additionally, Richardson began a career in real estate as a Sales Agent at Prudential Utah from April 2006 to August 2009.
