Bob Chodos is currently the Vice Chairman at Newmark, where they focus on delivering performance-driven real estate solutions that enhance profitability for clients. With a career spanning over 37 years in the Chicago real estate market, Bob previously served as Principal at both The John Buck Company and Colliers International, where they led strategic initiatives and collaborated with top tenant representation brokers. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Vermont, earned in 1978. Consistently enthusiastic about overcoming challenges, Bob is inspired by Winston Churchill's belief that success is “going from one failure to the next with no loss of enthusiasm.”
