Bobby Barnett

Bobby Barnett is a Partner at Newmark, where they co-lead the Residential Capital Markets Team, advising investors and developers on the Build to Rent sector across the UK. Previously, Bobby served as the Investment Director for Build to Rent at Vista Fund - Countrywide, overseeing investment management and successfully launching several residential projects. They held the position of Director of Build to Rent at Lambert Smith Hampton and gained valuable experience as a Property Fund Manager for the British Steel Pension Fund. Bobby earned a BSc in Natural Resource Economics from The University of Edinburgh and later studied Real Estate at London South Bank University.
