Brad Kramer

Brad Kramer, MAI, is a Senior Vice President at Newmark Valuation & Advisory, having joined the firm in 2021 and operating out of Atlanta, Georgia. With over twelve years of experience in commercial real estate valuation, they specialize in appraising office, retail, and industrial properties in the Southeast. Prior to Newmark, Brad held various roles, including Valuation Services Director at Colliers and Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Brad began their career in 2005 at Asset Advisory Services, Inc. and holds a B.S. in Building Construction from Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Real Estate from Georgia State University.
